The Sunscreen Challenge is designed to help people identify sunscreens that work well for them during their outdoor activity. Before and after photographs with UV camera provide immediate visual feedback regarding sunscreen coverage and duration.
This is a FREE public service. Young people under 18 will require signed consent from a guardian, and children 12 and under are not allowed to participate.
During Sunscreen Challenge clinics appointments are not necessary.* Arrive to our clinic WITHOUT sunscreen or make-up for instructions. Bring your own sunscreen or use one of ours.
The Sunscreen Challenge is designed for assessments after ONE HOUR of exercise. (The last intake is one hour before the clinic closes, so please plan your visit accordingly.)
We collect data on parameters of sunscreen effectiveness for scientific purposes. Your photographs are protected by HIPPA laws and are never used for promotional purposes.
* Consultations can be scheduled during regular office hours for sunscreen evaluations outside Sunscreen Challenge clinics.
